Marsha
Goodman
President of USBI Arizona Operations
Marsha
Goodman practiced law for several years in a corporate law firm in Grand
Rapids, Michigan. Ms. Goodman later joined Keeler Brass Company, a manufacturer
of hardware for the automotive and residential furniture industry, as
inside counsel for Labor Relations and Corporate Real Estate Matters.
Ms.
Goodman was introduced to the furniture industry in 1984, when she joined
Westinghouse Furniture Systems as Contract Manager. Over the next several
years, as Westinghouse acquired Shaw Walker, Reff and Knoll and consolidated
its furniture operations into the Knoll Group, Ms. Goodman maintained
her position as Director of Contract and Administration and Pricing.
Ms.
Goodman joined Steelcase in 1992 as Manager of Government Contract Compliance
for their Government Sales Group. In 1993 she became responsible for negotiating
Government Contracts, and in 1996 was named Director of Government Market
Sales, responsi- for Steelcase's sales to all federal, state and local
government customers.
In
1998, Ms. Goodman became Dealer Business Consultant for the Steelcase
dealers in the state of Michigan, in order to better prepare for the opportunity
to join a Steelcase dealer.
In
November of 1999, Ms. Goodman became President, and equity partner, of
USBI of Arizona.
