SUMMARY
Position works under the Manager of Project Management Services in order to facilitate the installation of office furniture at large installation projects.install furniture related products at client sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Familiar with furniture assembly.
  • Responsible for coordination of installation projects.
  • Obtain required County Permits.
  • Works with subcontractors to maintain installation schedule and quality.
  • Communicates progress with client and Sales Executive.
  • Reads and understand blueprints, schematics and operating instructions.
  • Maintains a safe, clean worksite.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has supervisory responsibilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE
BA from Accedited College or University plus TWO years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple blueprints, schematics and operating manuals. Ability to communicate with clients, other employees and manufacturers.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The employee may be required to travel to client locations via their own vehicle. On occasion, the employee may be required to use ladders to reach and secure product.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Valid, clean Drivers License issued by the state of current residence.

  • The position requires that the candidate either directly own or lease a vehicle which he or she can legally use as transportation to and from work and client locations.
